Privacy Policy

GovSight Co, LLC ("GovSight," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the PursuitWorks platform ("Platform").

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Email address, name, password (hashed), organization name, and billing information when you create an account or subscribe.

Content You Provide: RFP documents, proposal drafts, company capability statements, past performance narratives, and other documents you upload or create using the Platform.

Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Platform, including features used, stage completions, timestamps, browser type, IP address, and device information.

Payment Data: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We receive transaction confirmations and subscription status from Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Platform;
  • To process your content through AI models to generate outputs;
  • To manage your account and subscriptions;
  • To communicate with you about service updates, security alerts, and support;
  • To enforce our Terms of Use and protect against misuse;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party AI Processing

PursuitWorks uses Anthropic API access to process prompts, uploaded content, and generated outputs. Under Anthropic API policy, Anthropic does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models unless the API customer separately opts in or otherwise provides data for model improvement. GovSight processes uploaded content and generated outputs to provide and operate PursuitWorks. GovSight does not use customer proposal content to train AI models. Your content is transmitted to Anthropic to fulfill your request and is processed on external infrastructure. Customers are responsible for determining what information they are authorized to process through PursuitWorks and any connected commercial third-party AI services, including classified information, CUI, export-controlled materials, or other restricted content.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using third-party cloud infrastructure used to operate the Platform. PursuitWorks currently uses Vercel for application hosting and Supabase for backend services. Vercel and Supabase publish their own provider-level security and compliance programs, including SOC 2 Type 2 coverage. Provider controls help support PursuitWorks infrastructure, but they do not make GovSight or PursuitWorks FedRAMP, CMMC, SOC 2, or government certified. We use administrative, technical, and access-control measures intended to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers: AI processing, hosting, payment processing, and analytics providers who assist in operating the Platform;
  • Organization members: If you use the Platform through an organization, other members of your organization may access shared project data;
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or government request;
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, we will delete your content within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@govsight.co.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes through the Platform or by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
